An intense and bloody anime based on a young woman, Clare, in a world rife with dangerous creatures known as Youma and Clare is part of a Youma half breed of soldiers that are trained with the ability to kill these strange creatures.

8. My Hero Academia

Set in a world where humans have developed superhuman abilities (quirks) and heroes and villains are everyday news. this masterpiece of a show is based on acid that wasn't born with powers yet dreams of helping humanity with a smile. with astounding character development and kickass fight scenes this show Is a definite must watch.

7. akame ga kill

This show revolves around a group of assassins  known as the night raid that rebel against the corrupt Capital and hope to regain peace in their land by murdering all those they deem guilty. the one thing this show does better than most is unpredictability and blood. you never see it coming and it is one of the most badass anime out there. 

6. tokyo ghoul

one of the bloodiest shows in history, Tokyo Ghoul is set in a world where flesh eating ghouls run amuck and a university student kaneki ken is propelled into this world after an organ transplant leaves him on the verge of human and monster. and he must go through this burden while witnessing the horrors of his new reality. 

5. Fate/Zero

an amazing show with out of this world storylines and fight scenes . Fate zero is a war anime where 7 epic mages and their summoned heroes fight together in an epic war in order to win the holy grail, a magical device that can grant any wish.

4. one punch man

Awesome! awesome! awesome!. there are no other words to describe one punch man. a unique blend of comedy and awesomeness. where one hero goes about destroying epic world ending villains, with a single punch. although seemingly light and carefree at first this show develops into an epic anime as the world around it expands into a complex and truly amazing universe. 

3. hunter x hunter (2011)

this is probably one of the greatest shows in the history of anime, you know scratch that. it is the greatest show in the history of anime. the only reason it ranks at number 3 on this list is because maybe the action sequences, although astounding, were not as good as no 1. Revolving around two unlikely friends, Gon and Killua, that are roaming the world in search of Gon's father. they go through on some of the greatest journeys of their lifetimes,(and ours).

this show ,OH MY GOD!!!!. this show will have you on the ropes from episode 1, once you start, trust me you will not be able to stop, so grab some chips, soda and free up the next 10 hours off your time. you want an awesome show with blood , action and not knowing who the hell is about to die next, THIS IS IT!!!............ based in a world where human eating demonoids roam the land, humanity is forced to retreat behind huge walls for centuries until.........
